MSU-Meridian receives Bower Foundation grant

SUMMARY: Mississippi Meridian has received over $770,000 in grant from the Bower Foundation to enhance their Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Science in Nursing programs. The funding will increase student enrollment and strengthen the field in the Magnolia state. The university is grateful for the investment and plans to use the funding to create pipelines to the social work profession and scholarships for entering their accelerated MSN program.
