Lions Clubs donates $100,000 to roofing project in Amory

SUMMARY: $100,000 has been donated to Monroe strong to re-roof homes in Amory and other parts of Monroe County that were damaged in a last year. The Freeman , whose house was destroyed in the tornado, is one of the beneficiaries of the donation. The Lions of Mississippi donated the grant money with the goal of serving and helping the community. The new roofs will a fresh start for the families affected by the natural disaster. Monroe strong is also accepting more donations to continue rebuilding homes in the area.

Lions Clubs International donated $100,000 to help with rebuilding roofs in Amory.
