SUMMARY: The faculty and staff at Lauderdale Elementary School organized a special ceremony to reunite two , Luke and Maggie McFerson, with their father who had been deployed for over six months. The surprise reunion brought tears to their eyes and touched everyone who witnessed it. The is looking forward to spending quality time together, practicing and playing softball with their dad, and simply relaxing and cherishing the moment. The kids were completely surprised by the reunion and are grateful for the effort put in by the school to make it happen. The family is for the future and enjoying their time together.
