Sims, along with others, was observed buying fentanyl-laced pills for distribution in Mississippi. He admitted to interstate travel to aid unlawful activity and is facing a maximum of four years in prison, with his sentencing set for March 21. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Erica Rose.
