JPS Job Fair
SUMMARY: The Director of Recruitment at Jackson Public Schools is looking for success-minded individuals who care about the success of the district and want to contribute to maintaining that success. They are seeking skilled individuals for all positions, including teachers, support staff like cafeteria workers and custodians. A typical day for teachers includes welcoming students, carrying out lessons, monitoring students, and professional development opportunities. A job fair will be held at Kirksey Middle School this Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm where interested individuals can speak with principals and hiring managers. Attendees should dress professionally, bring copies of their resume and certifications, and transcripts if interested in teaching. More information is available on the district's website.
Dr. Tommy Nalls joins us to talk about the JPS Job Fair happening this Saturday at Kirksey Middle School.
