SUMMARY: Toby Barker, from Hattisburg, is excited about the soft opening of Hattisburg's first food truck park called The Commons. The park will initially have three trucks, with plans to add two more by the end of November. It will be located on Hardy Street, across from Cadence Bank. The park aims to provide a public space for families and friends to enjoy and support the local food truck scene. The Commons will be open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. This is just the first phase of a larger project that will start next year.
