Grand jury indicts 73-year-old man on child sex crime charges
SUMMARY: 73-year-old Billy Joe Kemp has been indicted for two child sex crimes in Lowndes County, Mississippi. Kemp was charged with two counts of sexual battery after administrators from a local school reported a possible molestation. Further investigation revealed a second possible victim. Kemp denies the allegations and is currently in jail on a $25,000 bond. If convicted, he could face life in prison.
