Ice Cream Safari to be held at Jackson Zoo on Saturday

The event will feature , face painting, opportunities to learn more about the zoo animals, and plenty of ice cream. The Ice Cream Safari is an important fundraiser for the zoo, with the funds raised going towards filling empty exhibits and making upgrades to the zoo. This year's event will have 12 flavors and a contest to determine the best flavor. The event will take place on Saturday from 11 am until 2 pm, and attendees are encouraged to and the zoo while fun.
