Mississippi state parks host Fourth of July events

SUMMARY: Roosevelt Park in Morton and Paul B. Johnson State Park in Hattiesburg, Mississippi will be hosting celebrations. Both will include vendors, outdoor activities such as nature trails and disc golf, and activities. The parks will also have food truck vendors and a snow cone stand. The entry fee to each park is $10 per carload. There will be a display at both events, and Paul B. Johnson State Park will also have karaoke, a patriotic boat parade, a watermelon eating contest, and performances. Visitors can enjoy a day of fun and end with a beautiful fireworks show.
