Mississippi state parks host Fourth of July events
SUMMARY: Roosevelt State Park in Morton and Paul B. Johnson State Park in Hattiesburg, Mississippi will be hosting 4th of July celebrations. Both events will include vendors, outdoor activities such as nature trails and disc golf, and water activities. The parks will also have food truck vendors and a snow cone stand. The entry fee to each park is $10 per carload. There will be a fireworks display at both events, and Paul B. Johnson State Park will also have karaoke, a patriotic boat parade, a watermelon eating contest, and live performances. Visitors can enjoy a day of fun and end with a beautiful fireworks show.
