Softball ace Hallie Burns, an Ole Miss commit, leaving championship legacy at Booneville
SUMMARY: Despite suffering from severe back pain, Hallie Burns, a Booneville softball star, has had an impressive high school career. She helped her team, the Blue Devils, achieve five state titles across softball and basketball. Despite the pain, Burns pitched 163 innings this season and contributed to a third consecutive 3A softball state championship. Burns is now looking forward to playing for Ole Miss softball.

SUMMARY: Former Noxubee County Sheriff Terry Grassaree pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI about his relationship with a female inmate.
