Tax Day extended to April 18 nationally, July 31 for Mississippi storm victims

Due to April 15 falling on a Saturday and Emancipation Day, a observed in Washington, D.C., falling on Monday, Tax Day 2023 has been moved to Tuesday, April 18.

The millions of Americans who have not yet filed their taxes will have until Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. PT to do so or at least file an extension, while affected by recent storm have until July 31.
