Nativity BVM kindergartners adopt domestic violence shelter for service project
Kindergarten students from Nativity BVM chose to adopt the Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence as their service project during Catholic Schools Week.
The students traveled to the center's drop-in service location in Biloxi to deliver sheets, blankets, toiletries, and bags that they've collected for residents of the domestic violence shelter.
Through this project, students are able to learn about the importance of giving back at a young age.

Boy Scouts of America changing name to more inclusive Scouting America after years of woes

USM Gulf Park Students IMPACT the Gulf Coast
