Mississippi Stories: Pamela Junior
In this episode of Mississippi Stories, Mississippi Today Editor-At-Large Marshall Ramsey sits down with Pamela Junior, who is the director of the Two Museums – The Museum of Mississippi History and the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum.
Junior, a native Jacksonian, is a Jackson State University graduate, the former manager of the Smith Robertson Museum and Cultural Center and even was a park ranger with the National Park Service in Washington, D.C. Honored by many national and local groups, prepared to be inspired by Junior's story. And spoiler alert, her favorite time of year is summer.

Finally a break in the humidity – Home – WCBI TV
SUMMARY: Drier and more pleasant weather is expected in the Southeast following recent storms. Friday will bring cooler temperatures with highs in the 70s to low 80s and a refreshing northwest breeze. DA requests change in indictment for Oktibbeha Co. murder case
SUMMARY: Christopher Perkins was charged with murder and four counts of aggravated assault after a nine-year-old child was shot in a vehicle in Mississippi. Barron Hubbard, Tabyron Fisher, and Dellveon Lindsey were also arrested and charged with six counts of aggravated assault and one count of murder. The District Attorney requested that all cases be considered at the same time for judicial efficiency and fairness. The judge and defense lawyers will decide whether to sever the charges or defendants. The DA's office believes trying all cases together would be the best approach.
