SUMMARY: In a Halloween-themed interview, journalist Everett G Jr spoke with Kathleen O’Keefe, a local paranormal investigator from Shadows Paranormal Investigations, a team with over 40 years of combined experience. They conduct investigations of paranormal phenomena in Buxy and Knoxville, Tennessee, at no charge. Kathleen shared eerie audio captures featuring distinct words like “Kitty,” “get out,” and “mother.” She expressed her belief in an energy that persists after death. Though she has minimal experience (four years), she mentioned that most paranormal occurrences usually have earthly explanations, and calls for priest intervention are rare, contrasting with Hollywood portrayals.

Mississippi shrimp season to open soon

Published

on

www.youtube.com – WLOX News – 2025-06-13 12:24:41

SUMMARY: The Mississippi shrimp season is set to open soon, though the exact date could be postponed depending on sampling results. The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources (MDMR) requires that anyone transporting shrimp from Mississippi waters be licensed before entering the water. MDMR will continue sampling prior to the season opening to monitor shrimp movement. If sampling indicates a large movement of juvenile brown shrimp into the area, the season start may be delayed. Rain chances are expected this weekend, but shrimp transport regulations and monitoring remain in effect to ensure a responsible harvest.

Shrimpers will be able to drop their nets in state territorial waters at 6 a.m. on Monday, June 23.
