Lexington Man Convicted of Firearms Offenses

Arrested in August 2023, Stallworth possessed a .57 caliber pistol with high-velocity rounds and an extended magazine, along with methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, ammunition, a 9mm handgun, and an illegally modified .40 caliber pistol converted into a machine gun. He previously pleaded guilty to drug distribution charges. The investigation involved DEA, ATF, Kentucky State Police, and local law enforcement. Stallworth faces up to life imprisonment, with sentencing scheduled for December 1.
