Virgin Galactic takes off with its first tourists on flight to the edge of space

If successful, Virgin Galactic will begin offering monthly trips to customers, joining Blue Origin and SpaceX in the space tourism business. Ticket prices have increased from $200,000 to $450,000. Virgin Galactic has had six previous trips to space since 2018.
