Video shows arrest of suspect at Biloxi’s Neptune parade
SUMMARY: Biloxi police have released a statement regarding an arrest that took place at the Neptune Parade on Saturday night. The incident involved a man named Richard De La Cruz, who was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. The arrest happened after police received reports of a man assaulting a woman, and De La Cruz allegedly approached officers while yelling. During the arrest, De La Cruz resisted and was hit in the arm multiple times. He also experienced a medical issue, and paramedics were called to the scene. After being medically cleared, De La Cruz was taken to the Biloxi Police Department Headquarters for booking.
