SUMMARY: The FDA has targeted telehealth companies like Hims & Hers for promoting unofficial versions of prescription drugs, especially weight loss medications, with misleading advertising. The agency sent over 100 warning letters ordering removal of false claims that compounded drugs are equivalent to FDA-approved ones like Wegovy and Ozempic. Trump says the US should do away with quarterly earnings reports

Supporters of less frequent reporting argue quarterly reports are costly, time-consuming, and encourage short-termism among executives. The Long-Term Stock Exchange plans to petition the SEC for semi-annual reporting with an option for quarterly updates, aiming to promote sustainable growth. Critics emphasize quarterly reports’ value in offering investors crucial financial insights and risk awareness.

SUMMARY: DNA on a towel around a rifle linked Tyler Robinson, 22, to the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, FBI Director Kash Patel revealed. Robinson’s DNA also matched a screwdriver found on the rooftop from which Kirk was shot at Utah Valley University. Authorities plan capital murder charges against Robinson, who reportedly hated Kirk and adhered to a “leftist ideology.” Robinson left a note expressing intent to kill Kirk and may have been radicalized online. Ammunition used had anti-fascist engravings. Tributes to Kirk, a key conservative figure and Trump confidant, continue nationwide, with Vice President JD Vance honoring him on Kirk’s show.
