Two wanted in McComb for shooting man during attempted carjacking

SUMMARY: McComb police are looking for two suspects after a man was shot during an attempted carjacking on Wall Street. Kenny Chester, 65, was shot in the bicep at his home when the suspects tried to steal his Kia Soul. The suspects were later seen trying to steal another Kia but ran away and were not caught. Chester was treated and released. Police Chief Juan Cloy mentioned that certain Kia and Hyundai models from 2011 to 2020 are being targeted in carjackings. Anyone with information can contact the McComb Police Department.
