SUMMARY: A judge in Oxford, Mississippi, ruled on a motion regarding the sealing of court documents in the capital murder trial of Timothy Herrington, accused of killing former University of Mississippi student Jimmie Jay Lee in 2022. The motion aimed to limit pre-trial publicity to ensure an impartial jury. While the judge partially granted the motion, he stated that specific details affecting jury selection could still be sealed.
