Tupelo Middle School hosts robotics competition
SUMMARY: The Tupelo Public School District’s robotics program is hosting a robotics competition for 7th through 12th graders from all over the state at Tupelo Middle School on Saturday. This is the first time the district is hosting the event, and they are expecting around 300 students and 40 volunteers to attend. SUMMARY: The Aberdeen Farmers Market is thriving, welcoming vendors from local farms like Cherry Creek Orchard and Shady Acres. Mary Dunn, founder of Aberdeen’s Master Gardeners, sold out quickly on opening day, encouraging others to pursue gardening or baking. The market fosters friendships and bartering among vendors. It runs every Friday, 8 to 10 a.m., through the end of July at Commerce and Chestnut Street.
