SUMMARY: Meteorologist Kim Castro reports on Tropical Storm Francine, which is currently packing winds of 65 mph and expected to strengthen into a hurricane later today. Moving northeast at 9 mph, it’s projected to make landfall on the Louisiana coastline around 7 PM Wednesday. The right side of the storm is the “dirty” side, bringing more intense impacts, while the left side is relatively calmer.
