State treasurer to give out scholarships at MAIS, MHSAA basketball championship games

The MACS team will raffle two $500 scholarships at Mississippi College’s A.E Wood Stadium Wednesday games, one during the boys’ and another during the girls’ championship. These scholarships can cover various educational expenses. Additionally, 14 scholarships for teachers and three for students will be distributed Thursday through Saturday. Teacher scholarships will be awarded each game, while student scholarships will be granted through a random drawing.
