The incident occurred on Friday around 7 p.m. at a Shell station in Adams County. James Keaton accidentally knocked over a cup of ice while purchasing drinks, leading to a confrontation that escalated into a physical altercation. During the fight, Keaton was shot multiple times. Deputies found the shooter at the gas pumps and detained him, seizing a semi-automatic firearm. The sheriff stated that everyone present has been cooperative, and the case is under review by the District Attorney’s office.
