SUMMARY: Law enforcement removed a peace vigil outside the White House after over 40 years, following President Trump’s order amid clearing homeless encampments in D.C. Volunteer Philipos Melaku-Bello, who maintained the vigil, said officials wrongly labeled it a shelter, violating First Amendment rights.
