Prentiss County man was arrested on multiple charges
SUMMARY: On March 12, 2024, Bobby Alexander Jr. was arrested in Prentiss County, Mississippi, for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute. He was stopped at a safety checkpoint by Deputy Jimmy Jarman and Investigator Jason Chism along with K9 Officer Buck Franks. The K9 detected narcotics in Alexander’s vehicle, leading to the discovery of methamphetamine and Subutex packaged for sale. He did not have a driver’s license and had a warrant in Prentiss County. His bond was set at $50,000 and the case will be presented to the Grand Jury by North MS Narcotics Agent Grady Smith.

Bryan Kohberger sentenced for murdering four University of Idaho students
