Over the past two years, the market has seen tremendous growth from 10 vendors to 85, prompting the need for more space and amenities. A new Pavilion and parking area are being funded to provide a more convenient and attractive space for vendors and customers. The new Pavilion is expected to be completed by the end of the year, further enhancing the market’s offerings and accessibility for the community.

In recent years, Pontotoc Farmers Market officials watched as the outdoor market in Pontotoc flourished and promised growth. However, the market now needs more space.
