SUMMARY: Juan Maldonado and Roman Garcia from Juan Tequila showcased a healthy dish called “avocado Reno” on the 4:00 show. This dish features avocado as a bowl filled with options like steak, chicken, or shrimp, topped with melted cheese. Unlike the popular fried avocado, which contains melted cheese inside, the avocado Reno is not fried, making it lighter. The duo emphasized the popularity of avocados and their creative approach in the kitchen. Juan Tequila’s locations include Long Beach, El Garcia, and a new one opening in Paperville next month. They encourage viewers to visit and enjoy the scenic outdoor patio.
