Parents charged with capital murder in Houston following infant’s death

The police received a domestic violence call a week before the infant, Adam Fountain, died in the hospital from his injuries. Both parents have been arrested and the case will be taken to a grand jury to determine if there is enough evidence for a trial. The police chief stated that the investigation is ongoing.
