Ole Miss to again welcome largest freshman class in school history
SUMMARY: The University of Mississippi is set to welcome its largest freshman class in history this school year, according to Oxford Mayor Robyn Tannehill. She noted the enthusiasm and energy that incoming students bring to the community. Due to the record class size, the university has secured off-campus housing options, including several apartment complexes, while also working on additional campus housing. Tannehill acknowledged the challenges posed by the influx of students but expressed gratitude for the trust parents place in the community. Classes begin on August 26, with record enrollments noted in previous years as well.
