Ole Miss football to unveil $45.7 million Manning Center renovations

SUMMARY: Ole Miss has invested $45.7 million in upgrading their football training facility, the Manning Center. The facility now includes an expanded locker room with amenities such as a barber shop, hydro tanks, plunge pool, and a players’ lounge. The weight room has also been expanded to over 10,000 square feet, with spaces for pilates and yoga. Additionally, the facility now has a new training room equipped with hydrotherapy, massage therapy, compression units, sensory deprivation tanks, cold tubs, hot tubs, and concussion rehabilitation technology. The upgrades are expected to give Ole Miss a competitive edge in the conference.

Mississippi well-represented with pair of players featured in SEC weekly honors

Jackson State alum Tramell Tillman wins Emmy for ‘Severance’ role
