New day care, learning center set to open in Petal
SUMMARY: A new daycare center called Panthers Den Learning Center is soon to be opening its doors in Petal. The center will be located along Highway 42, just before you get to Petal High School. It will provide childcare for infants up to age four. Jaclyn Standley, the director of the Hattiesburg location, says the center is being built to meet the growing need for daycares in the area. The majority of families that they serve are transfers from Petal, so they drive to Hattiesburg for childcare, even if they work in Petal. They are hoping to have an open house in the first or second week of November. To enroll your child, visit Panthers Den Learning Center dot.
