SUMMARY: 230 victims of human trafficking have been rescued and nearly 70 arrests have been made. The requirements of the law are to move over if you are passing by utility workers like linemen or a first responder that is on the side of the road. Being a lineman is one of the most dangerous jobs you can do partly because of the vehicles passing too close to them on a daily basis. If you are not able to move over due to one lane traffic or surrounding vehicles, you must slow down. This ensures the safety of surrounding vehicles.
