Drunk driver who killed Canton teacher sentenced to 23 years in prison

SUMMARY: Jordan Leah Sullivan, 33, was sentenced to 23 years in prison for the drunk driving death of Tyra Small-Jackson, a beloved teacher from Canton, Mississippi.
