Mississippi woman wins $1 million in NASCAR Powerball Playoff

SUMMARY: Stephanie Walker of West Point, Mississippi won the NASCAR Powerball Playoff and received a $1 million prize. She competed against nearly 520 other winners from various lotteries during the national portion of the promotion. Walker’s name was announced during pre-race coverage of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway. She stated that she was shocked to win and that it will help her financially because she has been working two jobs.
