Author of the book “Honky Tonk Angel: The Intimate Story of Patsy Cline,” he talks about writing that book, which has been in print for over 40 years now. Nassour discusses Cline's colorful but short life and the people he interviewed to write it. He also covers his involvement in “Jesus Christ Superstar” and how he observed first-hand the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11. Nassour dreamed he would write for the “New York Times” and be involved in the entertainment business, both of which he has accomplished. His is an interesting story about making lucky breaks and how hard work can you an interesting life.

Noxubee County jury finds Henry Benamon guilty of murder

SUMMARY: Henry Benamon, a Kemper County man, has been to in a Mississippi prison for the first-degree murder of Macon Lisa Brooks in July 2021. A Noxubee County jury found Benamon guilty of murder and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. The sentencing includes life in prison for the murder charge and 10 years for the weapon charge, to be served consecutively.
