Mississippi inmate captured after prison employee helped him escape

Incumbents hold mostly strong in Mississippi’s special legislative primary elections

Mississippi College to support Jackson VA with student counselors
SUMMARY: Mississippi College (MC) has partnered with the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson to provide clinical training for counseling students. Through a memorandum of understanding, MC will send qualified counseling students to the VA, allowing them to gain hands-on experience by offering mental health services to veterans under supervision.
