Meteorologist Trey Tonnessen: “Rainy Nights” 9PM Forecast
SUMMARY: The Weather Authority forecasts continuous rain over the next few days, affecting the Gulf Coast. Despite the persistent showers helping alleviate drought conditions, the rapid accumulation of rain raises concerns about coastal flooding. Overnight lows will stay around the upper 50s with a northeast wind of 10 to 20 mph, increasing tomorrow. Wind gusts could exceed 30 mph. Rainfall totals between 3 to 6 inches are expected, and the trajectory of a low-pressure system will influence the exact amounts and impacts. The region has experienced consistent rainfall, which will contribute to the relief of drought conditions while posing potential flooding risks.

Meteorologist Trey Tonnessen: “Storms Approaching” Thursday Night Forecast
SUMMARY: The Weather Authority gives a final look outside before the evening. Rainfall is mostly to the west, with showers and storms approaching. Temperatures are in the upper 50s to lower 60s, with fairly calm winds from the east-southeast. There is a 40% chance of showers and storms, so it's advised to carry an umbrella and drive slower. Severe weather threat is lower than in areas to the west, as shown on the Mississippi Power Doppler. The frontal system will affect the duration, intensity, and size of the storms, with a wet night and tomorrow expected.
Thursday November 30th, 2023: Throughout Thursday, we've been monitoring the changing potential for showers and thunderstorms across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The day started with three levels of severe risk issued by the Storm Prediction Center. Fairly quickly into the midday hours, the Storm Prediction Center dropped their overall encompassing risk areas to a marginal and slight risk. During the afternoon hours, some convection cranked up into Texas, but didn't look as strong heading into Louisiana. Our risk for severe thunderstorms was already much lower than areas to the west, but heading into the overnight hours, it appears lower than initially anticipated as well. Multiple rounds of rainfall, showers, and a few thunderstorms is likely through the overnight hours into Friday morning, but doesn't appear overly concerning at this time.
As always: A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition. Be nice to each other.

Miller Lite Nutcracker
SUMMARY: Miller Lite is selling a beer cracker, which looks like a nutcracker but is used to open beer bottles. It has two beer openers and is selling for $30 on their website until December 1st. The beer cracker is a great gift for beer lovers and may also be a good Christmas present. If 30 dollars is not a bad price, maybe free shipping when buying two.
