SUMMARY: Pearl River Community College in Marion County is offering free programs and scholarships for seniors to attend. The district is focusing on building on its accomplishments from last year and is currently working on the second round of scholarships. They received a grant from the MacKenzie Scott Foundation, allowing them to give away about fifty scholarships last year. These scholarships can provide students with a full ride. The district is welcoming students back to the classrooms and is emphasizing vocational programs.

The Marion County School District is just ten days away from welcoming students back to the classrooms.
