Man arrested for Richardson ISD bus driver attack
SUMMARY: Dallas Police arrested 28-year-old Corant Brooks, accused of assaulting Richardson ISD bus driver Danny Seno over seven months ago. The incident occurred on February 1, when Seno was forced to pull over due to unruly students. While awaiting police assistance, Brooks pounded on the bus doors and forcibly entered, dragging Seno out and injuring him. Seno did not finish his route that day but returned to work the next morning for a different district. Police identified Brooks through social media and video evidence, leading to his arrest, which Seno welcomed as a relief after the assault.
The assault happened on Skillman Street more than seven months ago, but police were recently able to identify the alleged attacker through social media.

Israeli soldiers, Hezbollah fighters continue to fight one another | FOX 7 Austin
SUMMARY: In Northern Lebanon, an Israeli attack targeting Hezbollah resulted in 21 deaths on a highway in southern Israel. An armed terrorist killed a policeman before being shot dead. Hezbollah launched 20 rockets at Israel’s Port City of Haifa, all intercepted by the Iron Dome. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu stated they would continue to retaliate against Hezbollah across Lebanon. Concerns arise over the U.S. supporting Israel with advanced missile defense systems, while tensions increase between UN peacekeepers and Israeli troops, resulting in injuries. Several European nations condemned Israel’s actions, labeling them a violation of international law.
While politicians and diplomats debate, both Israeli soldiers and Hezbollah fighters continue to fight one another

The Texas Debate is a chance for underdog Colin Allred to make a splash against Sen. Ted Cruz
SUMMARY: Tonight marks the pivotal debate between Senator Ted Cruz and Congressman Colin Allred in Dallas, hosted by WFAA. Key topics include abortion and border security, but unexpected moments could sway the audience. Political experts suggest that debates usually have limited impact unless something dramatic occurs. Cruz leads Allred by four percentage points according to a recent poll, with 96% of voters firmly decided. For Allred, this debate is an essential opportunity to challenge Cruz’s lead. Both candidates will continue campaigning across Texas after the debate, hoping to influence undecided voters. A recap will follow tonight.
A new UH Hobby School of Public Affairs poll puts Cruz four points ahead of Allred ahead of Tuesday night’s debate.
