SUMMARY: A man has been arrested after a mother and her young son were found dead inside a mobile home that was set on fire. The bodies of 36-year-old Zina Williams and her 7-year-old son, Zacchesus Williams, were discovered in Forest, Mississippi. The mother had been shot once in the head, while the child had been shot multiple times. The suspect, James Fulgham, was apprehended in another county and has been charged with two counts of capital murder and one count of arson. It is believed that Fulgham and Williams were arguing before the incident occurred.
