Judge says she is ending conservatorship between former NFL player Michael Oher and Memphis couple
SUMMARY: A Tennessee judge has ended a conservatorship agreement between former NFL player Michael Oher and a Memphis couple who took him in during high school. The couple, Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy, had control over Oher's finances as part of the 2004 agreement. Oher, whose story inspired the film “The Blind Side”, accused the Tuohys of misusing his finances and misleading him about the nature of their relationship. The Tuohys deny the allegations. While the conservatorship has been terminated, the dispute over financial matters will continue.
