Jayess woman sentenced for conspiring to steal USDA-mortgaged properties

SUMMARY: Two individuals from Georgia, Barry Martin and Fiesta Kagler, and a Mississippi woman, Ella Martin, a former USDA employee, were sentenced for conspiring to steal houses mortgaged by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Barry and Fiesta received almost four-year sentences, while Ella was sentenced to nearly three years in prison. They exploited Ella’s position to access information about distressed USDA-mortgaged properties, then created fraudulent deeds with forged signatures to transfer ownership. Biloxi Shuckers eliminated from 2025 playoffs by Montgomery

NCAA eliminates spring transfer period for football
