Other sumptuous items include fried green tomatoes with crawfish Ponchtrain sauce, bacon-wrapped shrimp with garlic sweet honey glaze, a 12 oz char-grilled ribeye with brandy peppercorn sauce, an 18 oz prime rib, and blackened beef tips with sweet potato mash and fig balsamic glaze. Prime Cut is on the non-smoking south side of Island View Casino.
