Hunt continues for Oktibbeha County escapee

SUMMARY: An inmate escaped from Octa County Jail and is considered dangerous. He escaped by jumping on an air conditioner, reaching the roof, and then climbing over a fence. The inmate, William Stro of Memphis, was a trustee who worked in the kitchen and had no previous record of trouble. He was serving a one-year sentence for a burglary charge that happened over 20 years ago. The sheriff expressed shock over the escape, as the inmate only had five more months left to serve. The US Marshal task force is helping with the search, and the inmate may face additional charges for the escape.
