Monroe County woman arrested in SNAP fraud investigation

The Mississippi Department of Human Services initiated a fraud investigation, and after gathering sufficient evidence, the case was referred to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. An indictment was secured in July, leading to her arrest by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office on October 2nd.
