Group of Jackson tax return preparers sentenced to prison for seeking over $3.5 million in phony credits

SUMMARY: Mississippi man Benjamin Lee Poiroux faces a maximum of 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography. The 40-year-old was found with over 1,300 images and 75 depicting minors in sexually explicit acts. His electronic devices were searched by FBI agents at - International Airport with his consent.
