SUMMARY: The University of Mississippi is addressing a surge in enrollment and a housing shortage by partnering with Greystar to build approximately 2,700 modular dorm beds by 2027. This public-private partnership, approved by the Board of Trustees, allows factory-built units from Modern Living Solutions to be assembled on campus, reducing costs and speeding construction.
