Henry Danton, ballet dancer, instructor dies at 102 in Mississippi

Henry Danton of Petal, who danced for many years with the Royal Ballet in London and taught his craft to students in  died Feb. 9. He was 102.

Danton moved to south Mississippi in the 1990s and began teaching ballet in Hattiesburg, Petal, Columbia and Laurel and occasionally at Belhaven College in Jackson.
