Hamilton expects to receive water test results Tuesday afternoon

SUMMARY: The city of Hamilton, Alabama provided an update on the water situation, stating that they expect to receive test results later in the afternoon and will review and consult with the governing authority to potentially lift the boiled water order. The recovery process is ongoing, and drinking water giveaways will continue until the do not drink order is lifted. Locations for water distribution include the Hamilton fire department, walking track, bird fire department, Ashville fire department, and the old Raceway Gas Station on Bexar Avenue East.
